STARTERS:

  • Nutmeg, Cinnamon roast Parsnip soup with Parsnip crisps and cream.£3.90
  • Smoked Salmon, Dill and potato tart served with Horseradish and Lemon Crème fraiche with dressed Lambs lettuce salad   £5.95
  • Peppered Lambs livers with Chicory, rocket and frissee salad, Sherry vinaigrette and Cranberry relish. £4.95
  • Baked Penne Pasta with mussels, Chorizo and Leeks in a creamy White Wine sauce, topped with Parmesan and herb crumble. £5.95

MAIN COURSES:

  • Pan fried Pork Chop with Braised Red Cabbage, Pear and Cranberry served with a Pear Cider cream sauce £13.50
  • Roasted Haunch of Venison sat on Corned Beef, Spring Onion, Mustard and Potato hash cake, finished with a rich Red Wine and Port gravy. £16.50
  • Pan fried Cod fillet on thyme, Orange and butternut squash puree served with winter glazed root vegetables. £14.95
